Resonance Institute scholars are at the intersection of the pristine technical training of classical musicians and cross-genre fluidity, resulting in an indescribable musical experience. Resonance features faculty mentors Pianist Peter Dugan and members of the GRAMMY-winning trio Time for Three - Nicolas Kendall, Charles Yang, and Ranaan Meyer.

Soundboard scholars are international pianists with a focus on standard repertoire.  Soundboard is led by faculty mentors Matti Raekaillo and Peter Dugan as they stretch these classically trained musicians' boundaries to include jazz, funk, and more.

Wabass scholars will dazzle you with the double bass. Faculty mentors Eric Larson, Ranaan Meyer, and Hal Robinson curate a wonderful evening of musicianship and personality.

Concluding each performance, guests are invited to a meet and greet reception to mingle with the artists and faculty mentors.

During each of the three week programs, scholars collaborate with world-renowned faculty in an inclusive environment with a focus on free-flowing ideas - a philosophy we refer to as "sharing of knowledge."

Scholars and faculty bond through group classes, workshops, excursions, performances, and sometimes just hanging out!

If you find yourself in downtown Wabash in June, keep an eye out.... these energetic scholars will be around. Be sure to welcome them to Wabash, and make plans to see them LIVE during the public performances, and hang out with them afterwards at a post-show reception!
